Break Free from Trauma with EMDR Intensives
Living in the grips of unresolved trauma can feel suffocating. The constant triggers, the emotional weight, and the impact on your daily life can be overwhelming.
But it doesn't have to be this way.

Discover Relief Through EMDR Intensives
Our EMDR Intensives offer you a dedicated, safe space to process your trauma over an intensive two-day period. Unlike traditional therapy sessions spread out over weeks or months, these intensives provide a focused, immersive approach for profound healing.
Is This for You?
You might resonate with these feelings:
Frustration: Disappointment that you're not "moving on" from your trauma as quickly as you'd hoped.
Constant Overwhelm: Feeling easily triggered, impacting both your personal and professional life, leaving you in a state of constant overwhelm.
In-Between Survival: Struggling to cope in the gaps between therapy sessions, especially after delving into traumatic experiences.
Strained Relationships: Seeing your relationships suffer because your trauma impedes your ability to feel secure and safe around others.
It's time to reclaim control over your life and emotions. Our EMDR Intensives are designed to provide you with the tools and support needed to break free from the impact trauma.
What are EMDR Intensives?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), is a structured therapy approach that guides individuals to briefly revisit traumatic memories or challenging situations while simultaneously undergoing bilateral stimulation. This unique process has been linked to reducing the intensity of emotions and the vividness associated with these distressing memories.
Extensively studied and proven effective, EMDR therapy is a validated psychotherapy method known to aid individuals in their recovery from trauma, symptoms of PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
In essence, Intensive EMDR encapsulates this therapeutic modality in a concentrated and focused timeframe. Our compassionate therapists prioritize your narrative, symptoms, and, most importantly, your personal journey toward healing. With Intensive EMDR, the focus is entirely on you, aiming to facilitate significant progress within a condensed period.
